After wearing, rinse the adhesive side with warm water and a little mild soap.
Air dry, sticky side up. Don't towel dry; fibres stick to the adhesive.
Re-cover with the protective film and store flat, away from heat and dust.
Grip feeling weaker? Rinse and air dry again; this refreshes the adhesive.
Good to know
Apply to clean, dry skin with no lotion, oil or perfume. These stop the adhesive sticking.
Sensitive skin? Patch test on your inner arm first.
Don't apply to broken, irritated or sunburnt skin.
