What You Receive

Each shipment includes your selected pad size (A, B, C, or D+ Cup). Subscription orders ship on your chosen frequency — so you’re always stocked and never caught without your lift.

How to Pause, Skip or Cancel

You’re in full control — manage everything through your WearLifted customer portal:

Pause — delay your next shipment anytime
Skip — skip one cycle without cancelling
Cancel — cancel anytime, no questions asked

⚠️ To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Refunds After Renewal

Once a renewal order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to issue refunds. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry your card up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified via email to update your payment details.
